PARK CITY, UTAH - The Houston Dynamo Reserves suffered their first defeat of the season in an eight-goal thriller Friday morning at Quinn's Recreation Center in Park City, Utah. Real Salt Lake striker Yura Movsisyan struck for three goals in the second half.

The Dynamo took an early lead in the seventh minute when Mike Chabala tapped in a John Michael Hayden corner kick at the back post for Chabala's first goal of the year.

Real Salt Lake evened the score in the 31st minute when Dynamo defender Stephen Wondolowski inadvertently deflected Movsisyan's cross behind Dynamo goalkeeper Corbin Waller for an own goal.

RSL then took the lead in the 40th minute, as Dynamo defender Erik Ustruck made a sliding tackle on Movsisyan, but the ball fell to Tino Nunez, who blasted a 25-yard shot past a stranded Waller. Salt Lake had two more chances late in the first half when midfielder Alex Nimo fired a shot off the crossbar, and Waller made a charging save on Nunez.

The goals continued in the second half, with the Dynamo tying the game in the 49th minute when Kyle Brown latched onto a failed back pass and finished past Seitz from close range. Real Salt Lake took the lead back four minutes later when a Dynamo defender slipped in the box, leaving him wide open to finish past Waller.

Houston rallied again to tie the game with a well-worked goal in the 61st minute. Chris Wondolowski's through ball sent Franco Caraccio to the right end line, and he pulled the ball back for Nick Hatzke to finish into the lower left corner.

Movsisyan scored twice in the final 17 minutes, however, once on a header from a right-wing cross by Tony Beltran and the other after a through ball from Adam Acosta, to lift Real Salt Lake to victory.

Houston drops to 4-1-1 in Reserve Division play and is not scheduled to play again until August.
