Robertson Stadium Policies, Procedures and Information

Parking
All lots will open 4 hours prior to kickoff.

Prohibited Items

• Metal, plastic, glass containers of any kind
• Pets
• Bicycles
• Backpacks and large bags over 14 x 14 x 6 inches
• Large flags and banners, without approval
• Poles and staffs
• Umbrellas (raincoats, pullovers or ponchos are recommended)
• Weapons and illegal substances on any kind
• Food and beverages brought from outside the stadium including
• bottled water
• Incendiary devices
• Horns / whistles
• Hard sided coolers
• Masks
• Large drums (without approval)

First Aid Section
Located just south and west of the Gate 1 entrance on the Southwest corner of the stadium.

In & Out Privileges
There are NO in and out privileges at this event. In an emergency situation, please have patron report to security supervisor located on the concourses for approval on a case-by-case basis.

Media Will Call
Media will call is located at Gate 5 on the Northwest corner of the stadium.

Restrooms
Men's restrooms are located behind section 119 section 219 section 101 and section 201 as well as all four corners of the stadium Women's restrooms are located behind section 124 section 224 section 106 and section 206 as well as all four corners of the stadium.

Signs/Banners
Signs and Banners will be allowed if (1) it does not impair the view of any guest (2) is in good taste and are related in a positive manner to the event (3) it will not damage wall surfaces (4) it does not obstruct permanent signage and (5) the information contained on the sign/banner is not of such nature that it could be constructed as vulgar, graphic or outside of the realm of prevailing community standards, or may not contain any association with MLS Official Sponsors or Dynamo Team Marketing Partners. Fans may hold the banner or flag but for safety reasons it may not be attached to a pole.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted in designated areas located behind the concession stands at gate 1, gate 8, and gate 14

Tickets/Will Call Box Offices
Ticket box offices on the East side of the stadium will open 4 hours prior to kickoff. will call located at Gate 11 on the East side of the stadium will open 2 hours prior to kickoff .

VIP Sideline – $26
VIP North and South Endline – $35
VIP East Sideline – $38
VIP West Sideline – $42
VIP Center Circle – $54

Bags
All bags are subject to search.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas may not be brought into the stadium; in case of inclement weather fans are encouraged to bring raincoats, pullovers or ponchos.

Cameras
Personal size video cameras are NOT permitted. Still cameras with lenses longer than 8 inches are NOT permitted.

Wheelchair Seating
In between sections 115 and 117, sections 125 and 127, sections 100 and 133 and sections 108 and 109.
