Dynamo Centers of Excellence - 2009
presented by:
There will be a new and exciting format for Dynamo Centers of Excellence, presented by StatoilHydro, starting in Spring 2009. The new program will continue to consist of high level player development combined with regular competitive games with and against the best young players in the Houston area.
The COE curriculum is based on the Dynamo Academy training sessions and focuses totally on individual player development. All activities are age appropriate and will challenge and motivate every player. The COE is open to boys and girls 8-12 years old. There will be 22 total sessions throughout the year. Each month, there will be a Centers of Excellence game day at the Carl Lewis Track and Field Complex at the University of Houston, the training site of the Houston Dynamo first team. Each player will represent their Dynamo Center of Excellence in a number of games against other Dynamo COEs & Junior Academy players. Cost $300 per year. Scholarships will be available through Dynamo Charities by sending an e-mail explaining why a player needs a scholarship to jclarkson@houstondynamo.com.
